Helenium Goldriese DD (Klaus Jentsch 1998)
Helenium Goldriese © 2010 SpecialPerennials.com all rights reserved The name means “Gold Giant” and it is very tall, possibly growing to 7 - 8ft once established. The flowers are yellow with yellow cones and down-swept petals. It is quite a coarse plant but has really healthy, dark green leaves.

The "DD" stands for Dresden (the abbreviation on German number plates) and has been added to all the varieties selected by Gregor or Klaus Jentsch (thanks to Hartmut Rieger for this information).
