Helenium Mahagoni (2) (Karl Foerster)

This one has flowers that are a rich red with a blue tinge in sunny weather (at a premium in Cheshire ). It grows to about 3ft 6in tall and flowers from mid July. 

A former employee of Karl Foerster has identified this plant as the true form of "Mahagoni".

Helenium Mahagony (Foerster)
