Helenium Die Blonde (Karl Foerster 1959)

The name literally means "The Blond One" or possibly, more commercially, "Blondie"!

It is about 2ft 6in - 3ft tall and has, perhaps, the palest yellow flowers of any Helenium. It flowers for a very long time from late July / early August.

The wedge-shaped petals are distinctive giving the flowers almost a "cog wheel" appearance from above.
