Service terms and conditions:
We
normally dispatch on Mondays to Thursdays to avoid plants being in transit over a
weekend.
Please notify us within 7 days of any damage or other problems when your
plants arrive and we will put things right. Please ensure you tell us the date
and time the plants arrived.
Plants will be carefully packed in which ever boxes we have to hand - we reuse boxes
from supermarkets etc. to keep costs down.
Once you have received the plants your
responsibility is to treat them according to instructions, unpacking and
planting / potting them immediately and ensuring they are
adequately watered until well established.
We want you to be happy with your
plants and if there is a problem with quality, quantity or naming please let us
know we so can put things right.
When buying by mail order you have the legal right to change your mind
(i.e. there is no problem with the plants, just you no longer want or need them)
- you must return the plants within 7
days of receipt and we will refund the cost of plants. However you are responsible for the
safe return of plants, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of losses.
We will only use your personal details (name, address, phone and
email) for the purposes of processing your order.
