Hemerocallis Edge Ahead (Sellers 1993)

Lovely triangular pink flower with blackcurrant eye and partial edge. Flowers from mid June through to late July. About 2ft 6in tall.

The flowers performed well even in the cool, cloudy summer of 2009 obtaining a good purple edge even in less than ideal conditions.

Sometimes in the UK daylily flowers fail to get the coloured edges promised by photos from the USA or Australia.

We like to grow daylilies for several years to ensure they perform well in our weather.
