Helenium Rotgold (Karl Foerster)

Rotgold is a tall plants growing to 4ft 9" / 140cm in good soil. It flowers from early August with red and gold flowers that are more yellow / less red in cool, overcast weather.

The name translates as "Red and Gold" but this variety is not to be confused with H. "Helena Red and Gold" which is a seed strain of mixed (and unpredictable) colour and height.
