What do I get?
We will put together a bespoke design based on our plant range together with suggestions for other plants outside of our range if necessary. We aren't landscape designers and so we cannot do full garden designs. Our service is for beds and borders within your own garden design.
When its complete, we will email you a link to a private web page of your design and plant list so you can easily review it at your leisure. The email will include a quotation and schedule for supplying the plants: as we grow our own plants we may have to propagate especially for you or wait for the right time to propagate plants.
You select whether you want all or just some of the plants and we will send you a revised invoice.
Payment is normally on dispatch, but we may ask for a deposit if we have to propagate a particularly large number of plants especially for you.
What does it cost?
The charge for the design is £50.00 refundable against any plants purchased if ordered within 1 month of receiving the design.
We like to do a site visit if you are near enough to us. We may charge extra (non refundable) for visits further away. Alternatively you can complete a questionnaire for us and send us photos of the site if a visit is not practical.
How long does it take?
We will produce your design as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that we are busy on the nursery as well!
This is a new service on the internet for us and we are keen to establish the level of demand!
What if I don't like the design?
We sincerely hope you will. We will discuss the design with you and incorporate changes as a result.
Our site visit and questionnaire are designed to find out what you like and don't like so we can base the design on some knowledge of what will please you.
Please help us by looking through our range of plants and design examples to satisfy yourself that we are probably on your wavelength before asking for a design.
And remember your £50.00 fee can be redeemed against any plants in our range, not just those from the design (excluding p&p) if ordered within 1 month of receiving the design.
